Inner sleeves are a proven trenchless method for localized rehabilitation of walkable and non-walkable pipe systems. They are particularly suitable for permanent sealing and structural stabilization of local damaged areas.

The system is based on the QUICK-LOCK mounting system and is designed for long-term, structurally stable repair.

How the inner sleeve works

The QUICK-LOCK sleeve is positioned in the damaged area and mechanically expanded. The compression of the stainless steel construction permanently presses the EPDM sealing element against the inner pipe wall.

This creates:

  • an immediately effective seal
  • a permanent mechanical fixation
  • a structure-stabilizing connection in the damaged area

The result is a secure, long-lasting rehabilitation without complete renewal of the pipe system.

  • Sleeve: V4A stainless steel (material 1.4404), virtually unlimited service life

  • Seal: duroplastic EPDM element with long service life

  • System: QUICK-LOCK sleeves with compression seal

  • The system has a DIBt approval (No. Z-42.3-374) and meets the requirements of modern sealing technology in pipeline construction.
