When wastewater pipelines or sewer networks need to be renewed, open excavation is often the most labor-intensive solution. With slip lining, SWIETELSKY-FABER rehabilitates gravity pipelines trenchlessly, in a controlled manner, and permanently watertight.

This is how pipe lining works in the gravity flow area

A flexible, resin-impregnated liner is inserted into the existing pipeline by pulling it in or turning it inside out (inversion).

The liner is then pressed against the inner wall of the pipe under pressure and cured. This creates a new, permanently tight and resilient pipe inside the old pipe.

This process enables the economical and sustainable rehabilitation of pipelines without extensive excavation. Interventions in ongoing operations, the surface, and the existing infrastructure are reduced to a minimum.
