New Marketing Management at Swietelsky-Faber

The native Upper Austrian Mag. (FH) Reingard Schmidt took over this key position at the beginning of February and brings 18 years of professional experience in the industry.

Reingard Schmidt has been active in trenchless pipe rehabilitation since 2005 and has worked as a marketing, QM, and CSR manager for manufacturers and for the executing side of the industry. She has now taken over responsibility for the marketing activities of Swietelsky-Faber.

“With her extensive industry know-how in the areas of marketing, public relations, event and trade fair design, as well as quality, occupational safety, and CSR management, Reingard Schmidt is the ideal choice for this demanding role. Because our top priorities are customer satisfaction and the well-being of our employees and the environment,” explains Jörg Brunecker, Managing Director of Swietelsky-Faber GmbH.

In addition to her professional expertise, Schmidt brings qualities such as integrity, loyalty, team spirit, and determination. “Qualities that correspond to our values,” says Brunecker, and he is convinced that with the new head of marketing, the company is ideally positioned to achieve and implement its corporate goals and marketing strategies.

Strengthening customer and employee focus

“Together with the Swietelsky-Faber team, I would like to further develop the potential that already exists and support the agreed corporate goals with the many available marketing tools,” explains Reingard Schmidt as the new head of marketing at Swietelsky-Faber.

In the first discussions, a high level of professionalism and exceptional employee orientation at Swietelsky-Faber became apparent very quickly. This is characterized by loyalty, support, and backing from the company and management toward the employees. “These values are often missing in other companies, but they are very decisive when making a job decision,” Schmidt explains.
