A gain on many levels
"Through our presence in Munich, we can reach all deployment areas around the city even more efficiently and support projects on site even better. This is a clear gain for our customers," says authorized signatory Dipl.-Ing. Martin Wagner, head of the Southern business unit at Swietelsky-Faber GmbH.
This proximity enables shorter distances for project clarifications, which not only saves kilometres, but also protects the environment – another plus point.
Approval from the top floor
Managing Director Dipl.-Ing. Jörg Brunecker emphasizes: "Customer satisfaction comes first for us, alongside employee satisfaction. Local presence is a decisive success factor for customers and employees. Due to the continued rising willingness of our clients to invest in trenchless infrastructure maintenance, we see clear growth potential in Germany. Therefore, we will expand our sales, personnel and equipment structure in order to further improve our proximity to our customers. Since the company was founded, our growth has been purely organic and has now reached a workforce of 350 employees. The short distances to our customers also have a positive effect on our environmental balance."
